Welcome to the JETforce, a user community comprised exclusively of users of MGI JETvarnish equipment!
This is a group of like-minded individuals who are passionate about digital embellishment and have all invested in MGI equipment. Our goal here is to provide you with the resources and support you need to be successful, from learning how to use advanced features on your machine or using software apps that help make production more efficient, to connecting you with other operators, salespeople, estimators and owners around the world who can offer tips, advice or just talk shop!
Being a part of this user community is important because it will givesyou access to invaluable resources, support and education. It also allows you to connect with others in the industry who can help you grow your business. We hope you’ll take advantage of everything we have to offer!

This is a space for users to come together and share ideas, expertise and develop lasting connections with like-minded people.
The goal of this community is to support knowledge sharing between JETvarnish Technology users.
We’re committed to making this community a safe, supportive and inclusive space for all of our members and in turn, we expect you to help us uphold our collective community values and agree to our community rules.
Our community values of Curiosity, Kindness, and Helpfulness fuel the way we connect, engage, and communicate with one another in the community.

This is a place for current users to succeed and find others that help inspire them to grow. Being curious means asking questions, being resourceful and trying to find answers on your own, providing feedback through the appropriate channels, and continuously learning.

Together let's build an environment where everyone feels safe and welcome by keeping your tone positive and your comments constructive. Understand this is a global community made up of people from different countries and that have different perspectives, backgrounds, cultures, and experience levels. Although we very much encourage sharing your thoughts and opinions please be sure to do so with respect and consider how your words might affect others.

Know that this is a place where everyone is learning at their own pace and keep in mind how you want to contribute before you post. Feel free to share your challenges, answer questions, support others, provide useful resources, start discussions and build connections.
If you experience or witness any behavior that goes against our community rules please use the report option on the post or reach out to one of our Admins to let us know. We respect your privacy and all reports are kept confidential. In most cases a warning will be issued or depending on the severity of the behavior, the member may be asked to leave the group.
We value constructive conversation and don’t intend to delete any posts or comments unless we see that they go directly against the rules. This is at the discretion of our community admins, and we’re always available to discuss with you further if you have any questions or feel unsure about your posts or posts you see from others.
Lastly, please note that we have JETvarnish Experts inside this group that are highly vetted by our team, and have been helping countless JETvarnish users!
We work closely with them and you will notice them engaging and posting in our community, officially approved by our team.

Community Group Rules from the Admins
1. Be Kind and Respectful
Together let’s build a positive, welcoming environment where everyone feels safe to share ideas, thoughts, and feedback. Let’s be supportive, respect individual opinions, and report inappropriate posts if needed.
2. Be Relevant
We’re Here to Learn About the JETvarnish
The goal of this community is to users like you become successful with the JETvarnish and learn how to increase their skills. Promotion of any other equipment, posts that don't encourage discussion, or posts that aren’t relevant to this learning goal will be deleted.
3. Give More Than You Take
No Solicitations
This includes self-promotion, unsolicited direct messages, spamming, links to offers, posing as MGI Experts or Partners, and any selling disguised as content or help posts with the purpose of lead generation. These types of posts will be removed to ensure we stay focused on meaningful discussion.
4. Zero Tolerance for Harassment
You should respectfully challenge ideas, but never directly attack a person. Any posts, comments, or DMs to members or admins that are inappropriate, rude, or aggressive will be immediately removed. This includes posts that spread misinformation & are disruptive to the group.
